Major Responsibilities :
? Manage all aspects of day-to-day banking and relationship needs of a portfolio of existing and potential institutional clients, mainly banks, insurance companies, fund managers and securities houses operating in China.
? Assist Head of Financial Institutions Group Dept to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each relationship.
? Entail in discussion and negotiation in a professional manner with sophisticated Finance Directors and/or Treasurers.
? Work closely with product departments to identify opportunities and to develop solutions that help growing the bank's market share in the target segments.
? Make thorough assessment of customers' financing requests and structure financing package including loan and security documentation through the preparation of credit proposals and related financial analyses.

Incumbent Requirements:

? University degree in Finance related discipline with relevant professional qualification
? Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in relationship management in the corporate, institutional or commercial banking, trade operation field, preferably with major banks or other financial services institutions
? Knowledge of treasury, transaction banking and job related products
? Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
? Proficiency in English.
