Responsibility - Product Development and Technical Support:

· Accountable for the design, implementation, interpretation, documentation and presentation of the research to address assigned biology key questions

· Implement R&D projects and lead product development

· Support the preparation and submission of national registration dossiers

· Serve as the interface between the Commercial, Marketing and the Research & Development Organizations

· Provide technical support to existing products sales and marketing teams as well as customers

Requirements

· Strong knowledge in agricultural chemical area and experienced in pesticide field trial (herbicide experience is preferred)

· Work in synergy with other regulatory and commercial personnels in DAS

· Successful communication and coordination of biology cross-functionally

· Continuously improve major work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

· Maintain good relationship, and establish networking with local and global teams

· Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
