Goals: With the evolution of our group towards digital technologies, IT Corp Department is seeking a “Digital Project Manager” to handle the large-scale deployment of its Digital Management System in China.
Department: IT Corp Department
The Digital Project Manager will report to the CTO who is responsible for the development and evolution of the digital management system used to manage digital advertising. He (she) will be based in Shanghai (China) and will regularly travel to Asian countries and to France.
Context: The Digital Management System consists of different modules covering all the business process for digital advertising and based on both market solutions and internal developments. It is currently used in more than 10 countries in Asia, MEA and Europe, and is intended to be deployed in more than 50 countries within the JCDecaux footprint.

Main missions:
？Promote the Digital Management System in China and in other countries where it will be deployed.
？Assist the Chinese and Asian Business teams in:
？Deploying and customizing the Digital Management System
？Organizing and leading training sessions
？Troubleshooting (level 2)
？Understand and formalize Business Units requirements in order to implement new features in the Digital Management System.

Profile:
？Education: Engineering or Business School graduate
？Experience: 5~8 years
？Inter-personal skills:
？Strong communication skills (written and oral)
？Ability to listen, adapt and make suggestions
？Ability to persuade, to negotiate
？Rigor and good synthesis capacities
？Professional skills:
？Good technical background on Network, Linux, Unix
？Project management experience, an experience in an international context would be appreciated.
？Ability to collect, analyze business requirements and to deliver clear statements of requirements.
？Knowledge of Digital Signage technologies would be appreciated
？Languages: fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory, French would be also appreciated
