C&B Manager
Key Responsibilities:
? Analyze local salary structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc) and develop salary structure models that ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages
? manage salary survey vendors to ensure quality market data is obtained for benchmark; work with country HR teams to establish reference pay structure and update on regular basis to ensure pay internal fairness and external competitiveness
? Design and implement competitive C&B programs such as retention programs which will attract and retain key talent and general workforce in order to support business growth
? Implement, analyze and control programs in a manner that ensures cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees
? Provide expert advice and guidance to HR leaders and management team on the tooling of C&B
? Build system and processes to capture competitive intelligence timely; monitor and assess the impact pertinent market developments & trends would have on the businesses in attracting, motivating and retaining the required people talents
? Design effective rewards communication process and system to increase accessibility, transparency and employees' understanding of the rewards programs & services
? Generate annual staff cost budgets and headcount for China Management
? Prepares and oversees the reports in terms of salary administration, history records, data comparison, bonus, short term incentive plan and non-financial reporting
? Implement and harmonize corporate C&B policies and programs, propose suggestions based on local practice
? Develop compensation & Benefits team according to the concept of "Center of Expertise" in order to support diversified demands of the business
Key Requirements:
? Minimum six years' experience in compensation and benefit area in well-structured MNC
? leading HR consulting firm experiences is a must
? excellent numerical sense and analytical skills
? mature in business presentation (is able to make logical presentation independently with business perspective)
? fluent in business English communication
