Position: Senior Trainer-World Fortune 500 Company
Report to: HR Director, Training & Development
Subordinate: 1 Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing Industry Holding Company
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
@To deliver and organize the key training programs with quality results at China 70%;
@To supervise one Training Assistant to organize functional training programs together with functions 15%;
@To lead or participate other possible T&D projects 15%.
Requirements:
@Good at: training facilitation, training needs defining, training program customization;
@Good at forming the culture that cares about training effectiveness;
@Office computer skills, analytical and basic statistic skills;
@Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build good relationships at all levels of the business, excellent presentation skills;
@Service oriented, business oriented, good team player;
@University Level or above education;
@Good English working language.
