Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluate and qualify distributors, achieve sales team target
2. Manage and control the operation of contract distributors in term of pricing, product selection,
sales revenue recognition, inventory control etc.
3. Allocate and manage distributor territory, based on specific information and company rule.
4. To support and manage the existing distributors including their sales and marketing activities,
and to work together with distributors to promote Brand in China market
5. Grasp entire market information; provide proper judgment to sales and distributor.
6. Execute market strategy and promote Brand of the company together with the distributor
7. Ability to work independently, extrusive travel if needed within China.


Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. With 5-8 years working experience in consumer industry in sales function, including recent 3
years in cosmetics industry
2. Over 30 years old with a university degree
3. Solid sales experience in a cosmetics or related environment & also in department store channel
in China
4. Prior experience in a managing role
5. Ability to structure, creatively solve problems and unplanned obstacles, aiming to grow the
business
6. Ability to communicate issues and concerns at all levels of the organization
7. A strong understanding and business sense in domestic market
8. Ability to lead the sales function in a fast-paced retail environment
9. Excellent interpersonal skill, mature, entrepreneurial, and highly energetic
10. High integrity, trustworthy nature, hardworking, committed and analytical
11. Fluency in written and spoken English or French
