职位描述

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Director, to provide office administration management.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To set up office administration procedures and policies
· To manager office suppliers and monitor office expense
· To manage travel and propose travel solutions and service providers
· To maintain and manage a neat and tidy office environment
· To organize logistics service for overseas visitors and company event

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree
· Proficient computer skills and familiar with relevant software such as MS Office Suite
· Excellent written and oral English skill and communication skill
· Familiar with standard office administrative practices and procedures
· Good organizational and planning skills
· Information gathering and information monitoring skills
· Problem analysis and problem solving skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good team work and customer service attitude, able to coach and manager junior level staff
