岗位描述：
Based in Hangzhou, the PRC, or Hong Kong, he/she will be the lead copyright counsel responsible for legal aspects of copyright matters across Alibaba Group.

岗位要求：
1. Manage all copyright matters across Alibaba Group, including software, digital content and media and entertainment-related matters.
2. 管理整个阿里巴巴集团的所有版权事宜，包括软件，数字内容和媒体及娱乐相关事宜。
3. Negotiate, draft, review and standardize all copyright-related contracts and develop and implement copyright contract review and approval procedures and policies.
4. 谈判，起草，审查和规范所有与版权有关的合同，制定和实施版权合同的审查和批准程序和政策。
5. Manage chain-of title documents, including copyright registration, clearance and licenses.
6. 管理系列名称文件，包括版权登记，清理和许可证等。
7. Manage enforcement of Alibaba Group’s copyrights.

9. Manage copyright-related disputes.
10. 管理与版权有关的纠纷。
11. Advise teams handling take-down requests and complaints involving copyrighted work in listings by sellers on Alibaba Group sites

13. Coordinate and lead legal department contribution to the dialog on copyright matters between Alibaba Group and regulatory, judicial, legislative and industry bodies.

15. Manage outside counsel supporting Alibaba Group’s copyright matters.
