岗位描述：
1.Create, maintain and update all employment contract forms (including forms of confidentiality, non-competition and proprietary information assignment agreements) (PRC and offshore)
2.Help create, maintain and update employee handbook forms (PRC and offshore)
3.Advise and train human resources and other colleagues on employment-related policies and related legal issues and developments
4.Act as principal in-house counsel on the creation, management and enforcement of internal policies on employee conduct
5.Lead the drafting, amendment and legal aspects of the administration of the Group’s various share-based compensation plans
6.Provide legal support for all employment-related disputes
7.Support the Group’s corporate legal team on the employment and employee benefits-related aspects of M&A and investment projects


岗位要求：
1.6+ years relevant experience in a leading international or national PRC law firm and/or in-house at a leading company (some in-house experience preferred)
2.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PRC employment law and practices and related tax and other laws and practices
3.Significant experience handling employment disputes (including arbitration)
4.Good knowledge and experience with the creation and administration of sophisticated share-based compensation plans (offshore)
5.Commercially minded
6.Team player and ability to work independently
7.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
8.Detail-oriented and motivated
9.Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, and excellent written English and Chinese
