Responsibility 职责
- To be fully accountable for the total Profit & Loss for of the assigned territory for both GT & MT Trade
对负责区域所有渠道的生意盈亏负责
-Provide daily work direction and coaching support to Regional Sales Managers, Trade Marketing Managers & Key Accounts Manager
对区域销售经理、行销推广经理,KA经理进行日常管理和指导
-Established qualitative and quantitative objectives for the Key Customers e.g. Key Accounts (if applicable), Direct Sales Team (if applicable) Distributors and sales force
为主要客户设定有质有量的目标
-Build a good network, by developing personal relationship with the Distributors.
与客户建立良好的客情
-Build Strategic Customer Relationship with Key Account Customers
与重点客户建立战略型合作关系
-Ensure that his/her hierarchy has the latest market information and alert on outstanding facts, opportunities or threats.
确保团队能获得最新的市场信息,并对市场上的特殊情况,机会与威胁保持警觉
-Think continuously on how to adapt his/her organization, jobs and training to the direct team + Distributor team, search for better efficiency and return on investment.
持续地对销售组织、工作进行思考,为团队、经销商培训,对于投资寻求更有效的回报方案
-Ensure implementation of Sales initiative/launches with speed and effectiveness
确保销售活动的启动、执行
-Achievement of sales KPIs set by the company
达成公司设定的销售指标
-Ensures best possible situation for company’s products at stores
确保产品在终端能有最好的表现
Manages sales force and promotion expense within budget
-将销售人员编制、促销费用控制在预算范围内
Recruit, train and evaluate his team, develop the people and organization and learn and share the best practices
-招聘、培训、评估销售团队,培养、发展人员及组织,引入最佳实践操作
Requirement 要求
-Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing 营销、市场专业毕业
-Minimum 8 year related experience with minimum 5 year sales experience 至少8年相关经验,5年以上管理经验
-Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage 快速消费品经验
-Experience in managing Modern Trade and General Trade 擅长现代渠道与传统渠道的管理
-Experience in Distributor Management 经销商管理经验丰富
- Communicative English will be a plus 英语能沟通者优先
