Job Description:

?Manages the implementation and administration of health, safety, and environmental (EHS) programs within program guidelines; generally operates with little or no supervision
?Develops and deploys EHS procedures, training, internal and external communications in concert with Corporate and Regional policy/procedures and regulatory requirements
?Organizes, facilitates and provides EHS training to ensure employees develop the necessary EHS skills and knowledge to meet The company and regulatory requirements.
?Periodically assesses the program to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct audits of the program and related systems in order to advise supervision and make recommendations to ensure environmental and safety compliance
?Leads and participates in EHS inspections, self-assessments and audits. Presents findings to management and prepares applicable reports. Tracks corrective actions to closure
?Leads discussions and actions on EHS positive measures as required by the company
?Implements EHS risk review and contractor management processes. Serves as liaison with thirdparty vendors and regulatory agencies
?Provides workplace assessments as appropriate. Collects data critical to Safety as appropriate.

Qualification:
?5+ years of Environmental compliance, Occupational Health and Safety(EHS) experience in the pharmaceutical, speciality chemical and/or chemical industry.
?Working experience in HSE in multinational company is a plus.
?Familiar with Chinese Ministry, provincial and local EHS related laws, regulations and codes. Good knowledge of management systems (ISO model, OHSAS)
?Thorough knowledge and training for Hazard Materials Handling and Emergency Response requirements
?Strong communication and coordination skills
?Fluent English both in oral and written
