MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prioritize key Sales initiatives, drive business growth to meet financial targets.
? Extend geographic coverage via channel management and development.
? Identify growth opportunities with focus on key industries in the territory.
? Develop and maintain an up-to-date project funnel tracking list, carefully manage order in-take, backlog and AR to ensure monthly shipment.
? Implement key a/c management, territory organization planning, and HMS type of project driven business model (Design, Engineering, Procurement and Supervision) to drive daily sales activities and create service value on top of product sales.
? Develop strategy to enlarge product sales scope to cover Heat Management System by adopting EPC project business approach in cultivate major project business opportunities.
? Oversee a project-specific Proposal for each Heat Management System opportunity as drafted and prepared by the Proposal & Estimate team.
? Provide bid-strategy support on identified project opportunities.
? Manage existing channels and develop new channel partners with emphasis on accomplishing distributors' annual business development plan.
? Stay alert of competitive activities with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by the competitors within the region.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent fields
? 7~10 years working experience in multinational companies with solid 5 years above experience in sales function in similar sales channel facing to similar group of end-users
? Good command of English skill in reading & writing, even in speaking
? Good command of computer skills in Microsoft office
? Be willing to travel
