The Aftersales Marketing manager reports to the Aftersales Marketing Director
Main responsibilities
?Annual marketing strategy, budget and activities planning.
?Quarterly marketing plan, execution and follow-up reports.
?Participate in business planning and execution, providing marketing support for service retention and revenue improvement.
?Participate in product/offer/concept/new business opportunities planning and execution, providing marketing support for business development.
?Centralize and synergize marketing resources, incl. internal budget and supplier resources.
?Coordinate events for branding and marketing support.
?Development of marketing tools, and internet dealer portal.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- More than 5 years experience in automotive
- Very good english
- Good with MS office and web based application
- Good communication and interpersonnal skills
- Leadership
