Looking for a Sales Manager with tier 1 auto supplier experience (more than 8 years)
Report to : Global business development Director based in Europe.
Purpose of the job : develop and generate business in terms of new and existing customers in order to generate sales volume and customer satisfaction by providing high-quality product solutions in accordance with customer specific requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Marketing
-Writes an annual Sales & Marketing plan for the own client groups, including sales targets and specific KPI's
--Develops pricing strategies with the objective to maximize gross margins.
-Is responsible for acquisition of new projects by preparing quotations in order to complete new contracts
-Optimize current client relations and keep track of customer satisfaction by providing service en meet customer specific requirements.
- Reports to management
Business Development
-Develop a network of key customers in order to acquire new accounts, develop breakthrough products and create cost efficiencies.
-Create new business opportunities by introducing existing and new products to new customers.
-Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
Market & Product Knowledge
-Develop market and competitor knowledge that supports the development of business to maximize market share.
-Stay up to date about development, design, purpose and specifications of all products.
-Communicate with customers to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
Project Management
-Project administration includes the responsibility for an updated PSO (general information / calculation / budget / list of materials / start plan) and providing the project team with correct and complete project documentation.
-Responsible for a transparent and optimal communication structure in order to keep the team members well informed and motivated.
SKILLS
-8 - 12 years international work experience in sales environment within the Automotive industry
-Communication skills; verbal & written
-English, Chinese language skills
-Market knowledge
-Pro-active, positive and entrepreneurial mindset
-Commercial power
-Vision
-Result orientedness
-Customer orientation
-Social sensitivity
