职位描述
Responsibility:
- Accountable for sales target and the new business development.
- Collect market information and Identify potential customers.
- Identify and report customer needs . Follow up customer complaints to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Externally, working with distributor to develop the business and get the forecast. Internally working with marketing department for planning, working with AT to bridge the product performance communication with customers.
- To set working priority in order to cover the highest degree of sales activity.
Information provider and participate the decision-making with Supervisors.
- Coach the sales rep in south to deal with part of the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering
- 5-8 years sales experience in chemical including coating & plastic industries. The experience of develop and maintain the distributor network will a plus.
- Good communication skill and team building sprite to cooperate with colleagues in order to complete the corporate tasks. Good communication skill with customers.
- High frequency of travelling and customer visit is required.
- Will assign works more focus on Close Gap project and cover the territory where we were not active.
