岗位职责：
-Follow up orders with buyers and designers in headquarters, vendors, team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery
-Travel to suppliers’ showroom and make selection (for design and qualities)
-Check all samples coming from suppliers and give comments (if need repeat improving design) before sending to headquarters
-Work together with suppliers to work on new designs based on headquarters request
-Maintain and develop strong business relationships with vendors for design, product development and production
-Perform other duties as assigned by management

任职资格的具体描述：
-3-8 yrs merchandising experience on fashion woven menswear for multinational brands
-Experienced in working with factory together to create new design samples
-Ever stayed with global sourcing office, brand buying office, buying agent or trader
-Has knowledge of costing, market trends, accessory material, production, QA and compliance
-Familiar with vendor network for accessory manufacturing in China area
