RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruiting
- Clearly understand the company's business needs, implement the whole recruitment process (pre-communication, advising, interviewing, selecting, reference check, offer, and engagement).
- Monitor and evaluate various channels (web, headhunting, campus, internal refer, etc) to conduct recruitment efficiently according to the planned schedule.
- Monitor and search local talent market of chemical industry, provide information of talent market trend and advice.
- Execute recruiting survey to line managers and propose the improvement of satisfaction degree.
2. Staff engagement
-Implement the staff engagement process and procedure (from entry to exit) to ensure the staff engagement is conducted in effective and consistent way and responsible for implementation.
- Support the staffing activities and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or above degree.
- More than 4 years working experience in HR field, at least 2 years recruiting experience.
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Good interpersonal skill and people assessment skill
- Reliable, initiative, passionate, fast, and hardworking
