职位描述
? Develop a market analysis, point of view and business strategy for INVISTA’s airbag businesses related to China value chain.
? Develop point of view of China airbag value chain and competitors.
? Provide guidance in technical service and quality expectation of all customers.
? Build and enhance business network between INVISTA airbag business and OEM and tier one in airbag related market.
? Work closely with the Regional Segment Leader, Business Strategist, and End-Use Manager to develop strategies and tactics that will optimize value selling opportunities and pull through for the product offerings.
? Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing site ensuring the product offerings meeting customer expectations in quality and service level.
? Develop pricing strategy as such create a long term values for the business.
? Accountable for airbag sales in China to reach profitable growth.
? Accountable for new direct/in-direct customer development for China airbag sales.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
? At lease a Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline (chemistry, engineering, etc.)
? 5 to10 years working experience in industrial textile or automotive textile industry.
? Good knowledge in Automotive market.
? Good knowledge in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
? Experienced in sales and experience in selling petrochemicals and/or polymer products is preferred.
? Strong economic and optional thinking skills.
? Outstanding negotiation skills.
? Excellent internal communication skill in English and Mandarin and Japanese speaking is preferred.
? Ability to work with a diverse multifunctional global team.
