职位描述
Quality Manager
Purpose: to manage and lead the quality function of SOG in achieving targets of COPQ and appropriate external failure rates.

Director of Process Excellence

External failure ppm rates
Internal detection rates
Vendor defect detection rates
Key tasks
Training of Quality Personnel
Development of Quality function
Facilitation of Quality Improvement initiatives in Value Stream internal and external
Reporting of Quality Statistics including performance against plan and budget: problem resolution and development of department.
Assist in the setting of department budget
Candidate:
From automotive tier 1 supplier of mechanical assemblies consisting of high volume precision in house machined and purchased parts.
Demonstrated:
expertise in statistical control of processes Minimum 5 years leadership of Quality function Engineering or Science graduate with Six Sigma green belt certificate.
Experience of AQP / APQP
Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) and ability to communicate in English with Customers.
Excellent computer skills: MS office, minitab, and experience of working with ERP.
Chinese national preferred.
