职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Sales support and management to dealers and distributors.
? Develop contacts, set appointments, make sales calls, and demonstrate products.
? Organize and maintain a data base of potential customers, opportunity funnel and orders.
? Sales forecasting for sales by month, quarter, and year.
? Build strong and lasting relationships with channel/distributors partners and customers,
? Expand contact base and opportunity funnel through networking.
? Develop relationship with engineering houses, system integrators and consulting companies.
? Identify customer needs, applications and develop product proposals.
? Develop competitive strategies in conjunction with sales network partners
? Apply best practices and value selling techniques
? Identify opportunity in terms of units, dollars, probability, and timing.
? Coordinate promotions and plan local marketing activities with distributors and dealers.
? Coordinate with sales channels, and develop common sales strategies.
? Coordinate and execute technical issues with Product Specialist.
? Coordinate in-house and on site customer visits.
? Develop non-traditional markets and applications.
? Develop new key sales accounts.
? Plan, develop and deliver technical seminars and hands programs for customers and distributors.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Graduate Mechanical Engineer, with added business qualification (MBA) from reputed institution or University would be an asset.
? 4 to 6 years of direct sales experience, preferably in products or services for Food, Pharmaceutical, Personal
Care and Chemical industries with Successful sales history. Experience with MNC will Be added advantage.
? Excellent Communication.
? Comfortable and capable working with process equipment
? Comfortable to work in different situations from the plant level to corporate management.
? Outgoing, self motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
? Able to think quickly and adapt to change.
