Main Responsibilities:

1. As the business partner, provide professional support and build efficient communication with GT team and regional sales teams.

2. In charge of distributor AR management which including providing monthly AR report, overdue analysis, problem customer list and follow up

3. In charge of GT customers’ Trade Allowances forecasting, accrual and variance analysis, ensure Trade allowances process in line with policy.

4. In charge of daily order release per credit policy for distributors and review the credit limit and credit days with related sales team periodically.

5. Participated in GT important projects, such as Cosmetic Store Project and etc.

6. Communicate the Profitability Analysis result to GT Team and regional sales teams and then develop guidelines and proposal benchmark both internal and external for improvement.

7. Involve on customers’ term and condition analysis or involve in the negotiation by given financial information for decision making.

8. In charge of the management for Open and Closure DT and GT customers.

Qualification:

1. 3-4 years of relevant business experience, at least 1 year in FMCG Finance & Sales Controlling environment

2. Preferably experience with SAP business environment

3. Possess strong business acumen with FMCG

4. High level of motivation and being flexible and open-minded to work in a multi cultural environment across different continents

5. Willingness and personality to drive change throughout the organization sometimes even if it may be against the resistance of one or more members of the management team or the operational departments

6. Good communication skills

7. Strong analytical and critical mind

8. Able to make good presentation using Microsoft office

9. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance related is preferred, fluent in English
