Main Responsibilities:

1.Coach and effectively manage the customer team to ensure optimal working processes and results

2.Work internally with KA team or externally with KA to effectively support go-direct transition

3.Responsible for service level management for direct business, and work closely with the counterparts to continuously improve service level or address customers' needs

4.Identify opportunities in cost reduction, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and deploy improvement projects


Qualification:

1.6+ years experiences in customer service function or supply chain management of which 2+ years is at a managerial level. And working in FMCG is a must

2.Proven track record of OTC management and dealing with direct business

3.Strong ownership, and be able to work well under pressure

4.Strong problem solving and execution skills

5.Creative thinking and drive changes for outstanding results

6.Strong interpersonal skills and leadership

7.customer oriented and quick action

8.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English
