Objective:

Enhance the brand image with relevant marketing strategy and execution concerning the product category

Work with sales department to achieve the business target, the net sales and P&L

Responsibilities:

1. Market understanding and analysis

a) Competitive Analysis on Competitors' launches, activities; Competitive offerings and Competitive media

b) Consumer Understanding of Customers and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations; Potential consumers and their needs; Competitive brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions

c) To understand marketing trend

2. Product Management

a) Launch Activities

b) Media and Advertising

c) Promotional Activities

d) Sales Forecast and Inventory Control

3. Communication and Team Management

a) Communicate the marketing plans with all related functions so as to invite involvement and improve efficiency

b) Manage and motivate agencies to achieve better quality in all aspects of ATL and BTL development

Requirements:

- Creativity

- Strategic agility

- Business acumen

- Innovation management

- Analytical thinking skill

- At least above 5 years related experience on marketing; at least 3 years Brand Management experience;

- Excellent in English (Oral and Writing)

- Strong communication in Mandarin and English
