工作职责：

1.流程计划和优化

确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产最佳实践和标准的适应情况；协助制定工厂注塑生产流程指导，评估流程的适当性以及工程设备的准确度。

2.设备监控

检查设备流程的各项因素，以确保一切符合最高要求; 确保一项运作或流程的所有方面都符合相关的规定.

3.流程监控

确保按照最适宜的水平、正确的速度和产出质量运作流程，以满足供应需求；承担监控环境、流程当前情况及工厂的责任。

4.产品问题解决

进行观察并直接采取措施，从其他相关的技术和操作人员处收集并解读数据；计划和开展技术试验，准备报告、流程图和图表。

5.持续改进

监控修改和更新，解决现有流程中的问题；通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高制造工程的工艺流程的竞争力和客户满意度

能力要求：

1.本科或以上学历;
2.相关领域有3年以上工作经验，有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验;
3.英语通过CET4，可以流利交流。
