工作职责：

1.体系维护

确保体系文件及时准确地更新、发布。组织相关培训，推动体系文件的正确理解、执行；

深入了解体系要求，承担公司体系文件规定的相关安全责任；

2. 年度内部审核

组织实施公司年度的管理评审，评价公司质量管理体系和环境管理体系运行的充分性、适宜性和有效性；

组织、实施公司内部的体系审核和过程审核，汇总审核结果、编制审核报告和跟踪审核纠正措施的完成情况；

3.第三方审核

协助第三方审核机构完成对公司每年的各类体系的认证和跟踪审核，提交不符合项纠正措施报告，获得审核通过；

组织协调公司产品认证工作，包括：产品认证资料的准备，送审；认证标准发生变更时及时响应，对相关的资料进行更新；标志管理更新方案报批等；

配合工厂或项目需要，接受并通过外部客户审核；

4.行业体系认证和执行

组织协调公司产品认证工作，包括：产品认证资料的准备，送审；认证标准发生变更时及时响应，对相关的资料进行更新；标志管理更新方案报批等；

研究ISO14001环境管理体系以OHSAS18001职业安全卫生管理体系标准，熟练掌握ISO/TS16949、QS－9000&VDA6.1汽车行业的质量体系；

5.持续改进

通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量部门的竞争力和客户满意度；

6.培训

负责公司质量体系方面的培训；

7.员工发展

向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识,领导和发展团队。

能力要求：

1.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先；

2.3年以上质量管理工作经验，汽车行业优先；

3.熟悉TS16949, ISO9000等质量要求；

4.熟悉质量五大工具；

5.了解质量系统审计。

6．英语通过CET4，可以流利交流。
