Responsibilities

· Responsible in the project until 6 month after SOP,

· Represents, as a member of the production team, the technical process risks in the assembly product discussion,

· Responsible for the procurement, qualification and approval of operating equipment work packages,

· Develops decision criteria for the Project Manager Series regarding SEK operating equipment,

· Assists in the preparation of the P-FMEA,

· Assists in the assembly product meeting regarding technical process issues / risks,

· Creates specifications for assembly operating equipment,

· Approves the operating equipment design,

· Responsible in tracking the schedule of assembly operating equipment,

· Specialist know how about standard Assembly process Assembly line and fixtures,

· Create Layout and production plan (with PP) ,

· Capacity planning Assembly line,

· Release Checklist assembly,

· Specialist design for assembly,

· Specialist requirement specification sheet,

· Release Assembly line / fixture concept and design with plant,

· Release Assembly line for production / with Plant,

· Specialist knowledge suppliers,

· Member of P FMEA Team

Qualifications

· Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / technical subject area (Polytechnic) with more than 2 years Job-related Experience;

· More than 3 years relevant experience in process planning, familiar with assembly knowledge and quality systems,automotive background;

· Good communication, coordination and team spirit and excellent ability to solve problems independently;

· Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
