Installations & Systems Maintenance

• User account Management & Administration
• Servers Management & Administration
• Manage Telecommunication links between all the other sites
• Hardware installations base on H&M security routine, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Software installations base on H&M security routine, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• System or filing recover base on daily or yearly backup

Project Implementation

• PC projects such as new operation system or deployment
• New hardware technologies to improve network performance & reliability.
• Manage and/or contribute towards IT related projects.

General

• All standard hardware purchases
• Network lines application and being local contact with local partner
• Other ( Lots of little cases, such as CD burn, setup projector for meeting …..)
• Office equipments maintenance
• Computer system training internal
• Information & Network security
• Timely update H&M Intranet
• Disaster & contingency planning
