职位表述和要求：

To execute our business strategy for our MicroBulk business model in Guangdong and Fujian Cluster, including the startup, organizational and market development, operations and asset management of a key business in our China Merchant Gas strategy moving forward.

Nature and Scope

The role is key to establish our Microbulk position in Guangdong and Fujian Cluster in the small customer segment by penetrating a large and growing Packaged Gases market in China by converting from cylinder and liquid dewars to on-site liquid supply. The position is also responsible for leading the total business unit inclusive of commercial and critically the operations/supply chain to implement the Microbulk market entry strategy in these two clusters.

This position requires well grounded technical, commercial, leadership and influencing skills to drive and develop the team needed to stay on course and within boundaries of low cost business structure. It will also require creative approaches to problem solving necessary to operate as small business unit within a company business environment.

Direct Reporting to the job holder are:

1. Cluster Sales Manager.

2. Cluster CryoEase Operations Manager or supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

A. College degree or University education (in business or technical area preferred) an engineering, finance, marketing and/or management discipline.

2. Work Experience

A. At least Four (4) years of progressive commercial experience in multinational companies.

B. Experience in industrial gases or chemicals would be a strong plus

3. Skills

A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills

B. Strong leadership and communications skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities.

4. Qualities

A. Strong result-oriented leader with a bias for action and ability of taking risk.

B. Well developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.

C. Leadership capabilities – disciplined, process oriented and can build a positive team environment.

D. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.

E. Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisions that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.,

F. Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results, demonstrated ability to manage through company network, assertive, clear notions of efficiency.

G. Able to travel 25-50% of the time.
