Principal Accountabilities主要工作职责：

1. 负责下发施工标准并进行产品生产工艺过程的控制；
Issue the process specification and control the production process ;
2. 负责对生产过程中出现的工艺问题处理解决；
Responsible for solving process problem in the production process;
3. 负责对产品质量问题进行过程性分析，并改进过程来解决质量问题；
For the quality problem of the finished and semi-finished, check the process, and analyze the root cause from process, improve the process to solve the problem.
4. 负责对设备或产品工业化的跟踪与过程工艺制定。
Responsible for the industrialization of the products or new machine, follow and make the process flow.

Qualifications/Skills岗位要求
1. Over three years' process engineering experience in large or medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;
三年以上大中型制造企业车间工艺相关工作经验；
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Polymer Material & Engineering;
大学本科及以上学历, 高分子材料与工程等相关专业；
3. Have good comprehension ability, good at thinking, and have good communication skills;
有良好的理解能力，善于思考，并有良好的沟通能力;
4. Can use computer, and able to use English dialogue.
能熟练使用电脑,能使用英语对话。
5. Have good ambition，disciplined, have very good manners, good work ethic, strong sense of responsibility.
有上进心、有纪律性，良好的职业道德，积极强烈的责任感。
