职位描述

Qualifications任职资格:
1. Knows the theory of electrical machines, the properties of magnetic materials and the technology of motor
production. Have knowledge of mechatronics and system integration including thermal and acoustic
aspects.
2. Is capable of a strong leadership.
3. Be able to develop strong team on electrical engineering.
4. Knows the laboratory instruments and techniques of test and validation.
5. Is capable of self-organization and of to continuously swap operating context.
6. Have knowledge of Project Management and of Automotive developments, applications and norms.
7. Is capable of to deal with several people of different mother language and culture.
8. Have knowledge of the motor driving techniques and the electronic design (HW, microcontrollers) in
particular applied to motor inverters.
9. Should have a good working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanic systems
10. Willing to take responsibility for his/her work and respond to company needs; i.e. work extra time as
required to meet deadlines
11. Advanced knowledge English (speak & write). Chinese language(Mandarin) is desirable.
12. Expat from other region or local candidates.
13. Need to work at Engineering Centre China located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.
Duties and Responsibilities职责:
1. Develop team for electric pump engineering
2. Co-ordinate the team members, provide schedules and priorities, supporting them with a senior point of
view. Promote a Project Management approach until it compromise the flexibility required to an activities of
service.
3. Support organization IDP activities and new product opportunities development. Promote the
Centre of Competence capabilities as a recognized reference for what regards smart actuators containing
electro-magnetic devices.
4. Analyse the applications requirements and identify the weak information or the key points to dig to verify
the feasibility. Once needed, and made possible by the organization and on the team available man-power,
support the system requirements definition and architecture design. Exert a strong leadership as moral
suasion to influence teams decisions on which he have not control but which have an impact on the
motor/system performance and reliability according to a well-developed experience in the smart actuators.
5. Support the team members professional grow up. Request trainings. Select the personal goals and
providing adequate feedback, eventually proposing adjustments of team members placement. Participate
to the selection of new human resources for the team.
6. Choose the best electro-mechanical architecture for products and approve the electro-magnetic design
details (geometry, properties) of the electro-magnetic active components of the electrical machines
(laminated iron, magnets, winding…) in function of the targets (performance, cost, package, assembly
technology).
7. When needed, and made possible by the organization and on the team available man-power,
manage/support the realization of “A” prototypes. Manage the testing for the calculation model tuning and
validation and the motor component testing in the various stages of the product prototypes.
8. Perform other duties assigned by Regional Engineering Manager.
9. Make decisions within his/her competence and take responsibility for those decisions
10. Support Production plant (industrialization, purchase, quality) in the setting of assembly processes and line
testing until the SOP for what regards electro-magnetic aspects.
11. Support the product team’s activity regards RFQs, GPMS, FMEA and other management aspects.
12. Oversees compliance by workers of their legal obligations, and provisions of the company's environmental
and health and safety
13. In collaboration with the person responsible for coordinating emergency situation.
14. Coordinating the emergency crews during operations in the work area of its relevance and promptly notify
the responsible emergency
15. Does the abandonment of the workplace by workers in the event of inevitable and immediate and serious
threat to promptly inform the person responsible for emergency
16. Inform the manager about the emergency situations that may cause damage to real or potential
environmental or related to the fight fires (availability firefighting equipment, emergency exits, kit
absorption, etc. ..)
