Qualifications任职资格:
1. Technician, Bachelor or Masters in Electronics, - Computer sciences or equivalent subjects (e.g.
engineering).
2. 3- 5 years regarding main activities (preferable) or comparable experience in Automotive,- Electronic
Industry.
3. Specialist knowledge

Advanced knowledge handling with hardware engineering specific tools (e.g. Altium Designer, PSPICE).

Advanced knowledge design experience in automotive standards (e.g. Automotive SPICE).

Advanced knowledge in operation of measuring equipments (e.g. Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers etc.).

Basic knowledge in engineering tools (e.g. Requirement, - configuration systems).

Comprehensive knowledge of active and passive electronic. Components e.g. DSP, 4C, capacitor,
resonator, etc.

Excellent knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic comparability).

Comprehensive knowledge of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) production.

Comprehensive knowledge of SMD (Surface mounted device) assembly technologies.
Additive for FPGA tasks:
- Excellent knowledge in VHDL.
- Comprehensive knowledge of available FPGAs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of image processing technologies (if necessary).

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
Responsible for Analysis, Implementations and review all hardware requirements related to the designed
application (e.g. Customer Requirements, Specification, etc.).
Responsible for the Development and Documentation of Hardware according to the relevant company
procedures, process models and systems.
Responsible for HW work product reviews together with Manufacturing.
Design the hardware concept and schematics within relevant tools, in close cooperation with the System
Architect and the Manufacturing so that all hardware requirements are fulfilled.
Searches for the most cost efficient components to realize the hardware concept.
Decides on the hardware design (e.g. structure, technologies, methods, tools) in close cooperation with the
System Architect and Manufacturing.
Evaluate the validation results of the application.
Communicate on technical issues with project team and third parties concerning specific components for the
application. Supports the purchase department.
Additive for Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) tasks:
Responsible for the selection of a appropriate FPGA for the application.
Create the firmware (VHSIC Hardware Description Language - VHDL).
Test the firmware on the target platform.
Additive for Layout tasks:
Develop the layout based on electronic schematics and according design rules.
Responsible that the layout meets the hardware requirements and is producible.
Maintain a database of electronic components.
Additive for Project Lead : Plan, coordinate, monitor and track the execution of hardware work packages
within the Project for product engineering in cooperation with the Technical Project Manager. Support
utilisation of lessons learned / best practice within hardware development.
Prepare and execute phase reviews according to timing and deliverables targets for hardware work packages.
Organize and conduct hardware release meetings. Provide the released HW acc. to the Configuration
Management procedures to the production.
