Job Purpose 
Overall responsibility of the GCN professional sales controlling and business controlling management is to support business strategy and maximizing result by
1. Lead the team to provide forecast, planning, reporting and analysis to support business operation and management decision;
2. Drive process optimization and standardization to improve business operation efficiency and ensure compliance
3. Support channel and customer management system, process and analysis
4. Support Head of Controlling to build solid internal control environment and independently lead projects

Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts, etc)
Support business of Greater China Beauty Care Moru Segment with the scale as of 2022
1. NES: >40 MEUR
2. Expense verification amount: > 50MEUR

Principal Accountabilities
1. Lead the team to provide forecast, planning, reporting and analysis to support business operation and manegement decision (50%)
2. Drive process optimization and standardization to improve business operation efficiency and ensure compliance (20%)
3. Support channel and customer management system, process and analysis (10%)4. Coach and develop team members (10%)
5. Support various of projects, e.g. M&A (10%)

Qualification & Key Competencies
Required Education Background: Bachelor Degree, Major in Finance/business related
Working Experience: 5-10 years in FMCG industry
