主要职责Main Responsibilities:
- 带领团队完成南京地区整体生意（2021年ABP）；
- 管理经销商并推动月度生意目标的实现，包括费用管理、库存管理、下游门店管理等；
- 管理和指导下属，确保销售业务的正常运行；
- 寻找当地生意机会点；
- 确保公司品牌在负责门店/系统中的良好显现及市场份额提升；
- 上级领导安排的其他事宜；
任职资格Qualifications:
- 大专以上学历；
- 同行业五年以上工作经验，日化行业优先；
- 5年以上KA &经销商管理经验；
- 工作认真负责，有计划擅执行，勇于接受挑战；
- 具有团队合作精神，有良好的沟通技能以及内外部协调能力；
