1. Administrative support to Eucerin Greater China GM (35%)

-Manage and maintain schedule, appointments and travel arrangements and expense claim;

-Collect and screen documents for signature;

-Assist in the preparation of relevant documents and data;

-Provide administrative support for global visitors, invitation letters, transportation and accommodation reservations, meeting and other logistics arrangement;

-Other ad hoc tasks

2. Administrative support to team Support (35%)

-Assist on visa application, apartment arrangement and other administrative support to expatriates and R&D staff if needed

- Monitor office materials and environment maintenance;

-Support to organize team meetings, activities and events;

- Mail express reception

- Procurement process support

-Other ad hoc tasks

3. Marketing support (30%)

- Support marketing team on operation tasks, including

-Collect product sample needs from each function and arrange the logistics with global and regional team

-Support in new product launch process incl. product label translation, VAS, BPR link set-up, local nart creation, DCC commitment, Madcom etc.

- Marketing agency pitch process document preparation

- Other ad hoc tasks

任职资格：

1. Bachelor Degree or above.

2. Fluent English communication skills.

3. 1 year working experience in administrative support in MNC is plus.

4. Service-orientated mindset, supportive, detailed-oriented, collaborative
