Title: Sales Advisor
Department: Store
Reports to: Floor Manager
Overall Job Function: Provides an excellent shopping experience for COS customers, including product knowledge, customer service, merchandising, routines and maintenance.
Job Responsibility:
? Works according to COS values.
? Provides excellent customer service according to high COS standards.
? Actively gives the customer attention throughout the store: on the selling floor, in the fitting rooms and at the tills.
? Unloads van and receives, opens and unpacks merchandise.
? Tags merchandise with security sensors.
? Keeps the stockroom organised, neat and clean.
? Stocks and replenishes the selling floor and examines merchandise to identify items to be replenished by using a missing sizes list.
? Stays familiar with products, concepts and merchandise information.
? Actively works with garments by re-folding, hanging or displaying to maximize selling opportunities.
? Keeps the selling area, tills and fitting rooms clean and well maintained.
? Has knowledge about COS store standards and works according to these.
? Provides excellent garment care.
? Stays informed of advertising campaigns, promotions and sales activities in order to give excellent customer service.
? Has knowledge about COS display guidelines and visual standards.
? Serves customers on the tills, reports and handles all required transactions, issues the receipts and packs merchandise in a proper and efficient manner.
? Has knowledge about our return policy.
? Answers phone courteously and promptly.
? Stays familiar with how to execute price changes, transfers and till routines.
? Addresses loss prevention issues that may occur, following COS guidelines.
? Assists in training new Sales advisors.
? Stays familiar with internal policies and guidelines contained in the Employee Handbook.
? Uses teamwork to assist all employees in providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards in all departments.
? Communicates professionally with all team members within the store.
Job Requirements:
? Friendly, professional personality.
? Proven ability to increase turnover by active selling.
? Prior experience in retail preferred.
? Fast-paced but detail-oriented.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Lively interest in fashion, design, life style.
? Good communication skills.
? Ability to work flexible hours.
? Passion for retail
