POSITION SUMMARY

小型和微型储罐气体供应服务的市场领导者，客户服务专员是客服物流团队的主要成员,专注客户需求,根据每个客户的不同需要,为客户处理各种类型的正常订单,VDS订单,分销订单和服务订单等,另外,客户服务专员对客户提出的配送查询、故障报修、文件咨询、投诉等问题提供及时响应和解决，努力推动各团队一起为快易冷气体供应服务提供卓越的服务体验。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Be the order taking SPOC for customers who will place order by phone call, e-mail, WeChat platform and sales persons with positive working attitude and be eager to solve the customers problems with ownership, politely, be patient, smiling and nice words.

作为客户订货服务的***接口，负责处理客户电话、邮件、微信、销售人员等渠道的订单处理，以积极的态度和主人翁精神为客户解决问题，通话礼貌，耐心沟通，语带微笑，语言亲切。

2. Input customer order in LB Shell system in standard operation job aid for new order creation, orders amendment, orders cancellation.

按照标准工作流程在LB Shell系统输入新订单、订单更改和订单取消

3. Timely response customer requirements of delivery arrival time, potential consulting, repairing, compliant and other problems from phone,e-mail and Wechat, distribute them to related departments and tracking to get the feedback correctly in speed way.

电话回复客户咨询、投诉、保修问题，并传达给相关负责部门，并跟进进度

4. Per the delivery planning from scheduling, phone call to notify the estimated arrival time to customers for night delivery and late delivery

按照配送计划，电话和客户预约夜间配送和订单延后配送通知。

5. Input the customer contact information correctly in call center system and LB Shell system per the standard operation job aid and ensure the contact data accuracy.

根据每次订货和客户的沟通，在呼叫平台和LB Shell系统正确地维护客户订货和收货人信息，确保信息的准确性。

6. Be flexible in working time and work in discipline to complete the any tasks assigned department supervisor or manager.

可以接受轮班制工作时间，遵守纪律， 工作严谨，配合完成部门主管和经理指派的工作任务。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. 大专学历，专业不限

2. 普通话标准，客户服务意识强

3. 仔细、踏实、品德好，做事认真、有耐心；

4. 沟通能力强,有团队合作精神；

5. 有客服经验者佳；

6. 会熟练使用电脑操作、会盲打

7. 须接受轮班制工作

8. 与第三方公司签订合同
