岗位职责：
1、负责前台工作的管理，快递的接收发放管理；
2、负责办公用品、日用品、门禁卡等物品的发放及管理；
3、负责公司内外部环境的管理、办公设施的维护，包括办公场所的整体布置；
4、协助参与活动的准备、执行工作；
5、考勤统计；
6、完成公司安排的各项工作。

任职资格：
1、在校大学生，保证每周一至周五出勤3天及以上，周末休息；
2、五官端正、形象气质佳；
3、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，各种办公自动化设备；
4、具备良好的适应能力、沟通能力。
