职位描述
Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to lead the design and implementation of Learning & Development strategy and plan of Greater China in order to improve the workforce competency achieving business goals.
Key Accountabilities
? Formulates and develops Learning & Development strategy and plan in line with Greater China business strategy and HR strategy.
? Designs and develops relevant policies, schemes, programs and information systems to improve the workforce competency.
? Manages and assesses the execution of Learning & Development activities
? Designs training contents and delivers advanced skills training courses.
? Provides expert input into evolution of the company value and culture.
? Builds strong business relationships with key stake holders including local and global business leaders, HR teams, and external partners etc.
? Leads and develops the learning and development team and creates a high performance climate.
Personal Specification
? A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
? At least 12 years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, and with 5 years of experience in a leader role.
? Experience in a multi-regional capacity across Greater China.
? Proven success in building, developing and implementing Learning & Development scheme, programs, processes and tools.
? Excellent presentation and writing skills.
? Good planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
? Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
? Proficient in English.
