Duties and responsibilities：

1. Understanding correctly of business requirement;

2. Provide the estimation for testing or development in testing;

3. Improve test case design efficiency and productivity;

4. Improve test data preparation productivity;

5. Improve test case execution efficiency;

6. Status sync up and Reporting;

7. Familiar with HCC multiple biz domain IT solution;

8. As a SME (Subject Matter Expert), be from the specific business domain (sales, risk, ops…) or technical domain (automation, performance…);

9. Sound experience on specific systems on both biz and tech side

10. Help the team do the trouble shooting from expertise point of view

11. Help the team to achieve the commitment with alternative strategy and solution

12. Provide the test strategy and solution for delivery team

13. Provide the training to teams, technical/biz domain/…

14. Learn and investigate the industry trend and testing tools for delivery purpose.

15. Promote test automation/performance/security/CI… solutions and best practices across teams.

16. Improve the testing activity with efficiency way

Requirements:

1. Computer related major, bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in development(Java-preferred, Python etc.) or testing;

2. Master test process and test case design methodology, rich experience on functional testing, API testing, and E2E testing with more complicated project;

3. Rich experience on automation framework designing, good at GUI/API automation testing, have ability to investigate the cutting-edge technology from testing domain;

4. Sound experience on DevOps and CI/CD solution for testing part, K8S/Docker;

5. Sound Java language skills in development;

6. Familiar with the testing tools from market and the latest technology, like automation testing, performance testing, compatibility testing;

7. Have ability to solve the complicated issue and develop testing tool or platform for testing purpose;

8. Quick learner and strong logic, be Professional and a good team player;

9. Good communication and issue solving;

10. Strong responsibility and initiative and be able to work under big pressure.
