1. LED 驱动电路设计和PCB设计。
2. 协助结构工程师对于电子部件与结构部件的装配分析设计。
3. LED光源器件检测，配合结构设计光型验证。
4. BOM 、图纸编制，元器件选型，成本核算。
5. 协调监管PCBA样品制作，跟踪样品试验情况，及时改进设计，确保样品按期、
按质达到预期目标。
6. 分析售后电性能失效件，提供分析报告以及整改措施。
7. 参与解决所有与产品相关的技术问题和环境安全问题，进行环境安全影响的风险分析，有效控制产品研发过程中的化学品使用及废弃样品的处理，确保产品符合国家标准，客户要求和环境保护和人员健康安全的要求。

知识技能 KEY COMPENTENCIES & SKILLS

大学本科及以上学历，电子专业背景。3年及以上汽车及零部件行业工作经验。
1. 掌握Protel 或 Orcad电子设计软件，具备Autocad 绘图能力。
2. 熟练应用模拟及数字电路知识，进行LED 驱动电路设计。
3. 熟悉各类汽车电子LED，主动与被动元器件，满足客户要求的前提下合理选型，控制成本。
4. 熟悉ECE，SAE和中国的汽车车灯法规标准；熟悉相关产品的客户技术要求。
5. 熟悉各主机厂对于电子件试验标准，例如VW80101。
6. 熟悉电磁兼容性试验标准。
7. 熟悉TS16949要求的D/PFMEA, APQP,DVP&R, PPAP等。
