• 按照相关法律法规和公司SOP，GCP，执行与药厂合作的临床试验（I-III期）的患者招募工作，制定相关计划，跟进项目进度，定期汇报。
• 收集志愿者信息，并对其进行基本指标的筛选；
• 负责和内部项目团队，外部申办方沟通；
• 负责与项目客户、研究中心人员以及其他相关人员保持良好、适时的沟通，维护良好的合作关系；

• 负责完成上级交办的其他工作。

资历要求:

• 学历要求：大专及以上学历
• 专业要求：不限，医药、护理专业优先考虑；
• 工作经验：不限，有志愿者招募经验者优先考虑；
• 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
• 工作积极主动，有责任心，不怕辛苦。
• 有团队合作精神
• 熟练电脑操作，具有一定的英语读写能力
