- Ensure HR operation successfully and smooth in plant
- build up HR team
- Support Plant Management team in HR area
Requirements:
- Strong in communication and change management
- Strong personality but with mild behavior
- 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years as HR Manager
- Fluent English
