Job description
？ The candidate shall be responsible for the IT operations at our sites in the Asia Pacific region
and reports directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure located in Germany
？ A very clear hands-on mentality is absolutely mandatory to deliver a highly satisfying support
and to guarantee a very good overall availability of the IT systems
？ Customer centric approach with the company colleagues being identified as our internal
customers
？ Administration and support of the local IT and communications infrastructure as well as user
support and training at our plant in the area of Shanghai, China and at other sites in the Asia
Pacific region
？ Active participation and cooperation in international projects
？ The place of work will be Suzhou, China
？ Travelling to other sites within and outside of China is mandatory
？ Tight and regular communication with international IT colleagues

Personal skills
？ Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin is mandatory
？ Good communication skills
？ The candidate should be about 30-35 years old
？ Experience in working in an international enterprise and context
？ Ability to deal well with people, even in difficult situations
？ Understanding of the demands of our international IT organization and absolute loyalty to our
regulations in the context of governance, compliance, security and policies

Technical skills
？ state-of-art IT infrastructure technologies such as network, communication, backup and server
infrastructure
？ Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008R2 and Windows XP/7 operating
systems
？ Microsoft Office 2003/2010 skills are a must, Lync skills would be beneficial
