职位描述
Position: HRM
Report to: GM (Foreigner)
Main Purpose of Job:
To be responsible for HR and other Admin function, to support the further success of the company. HR Manager will be involved in global HR activities.
Qualifications:
1. University Degree in HRM or relevant. MBA shall be ideal
2. 3 years or more working experience as HR-Manager including: recruitment, training, C& B etc.
3. Good knowledge of China employment law and regulations and familiar with SIP policy;
4. Excellent written and spoken English ability;
5. Clear-minded and good at communication skills;
6. Be familiar with western culture and strong open issues solving ability;
7. Good computer software skills.
8 .SAP HR-module experiences will be preferred.
Main Elements:
1. As responsible for the HR team to motivate, lead and develop the HR team to a high performance.
2. To keep HR policies and processes updated which comply with the challenges of the business development and the national labor law and regulations.
3. Responsible to drive the key HR processes in the company including staffing, compensation & benefits, salary calculation, organization development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition.
4. To support the management by facilitation and leading all recruitments in the company.
5. To support and coach department managers on organizational change management, employee and employment issues.
6. Responsible for internal communication and to secure a good relationship with relevant external partners. (Government offices)
7. Has a leading role in developing the culture and employee satisfaction through driving activities and supporting the local management team.
8. Work as a HR consultant/support for China sales organization in Beijing
9. Other issues assigned by GM.
