1. 组织各工段,按照日/周生产计划,保质保量完成生产任务20%
2. 建立健全车间管理制度及工作程序,并监督其执行情况10%
3. 推行精益生产方式,实施现场5S管理,做到物流通畅,保持良好的生产作业秩序20%
4. 保证工厂设备和设施的维修、维护和保养15%
4. 教育员工牢固树立“质量第一”、“安全生产”理念,严格工艺纪律和奖惩制度10%
5. 带领部门人员按照质量管理体系规定运做,并不断进行持续改进工作10%
6. 解调相关部门及人员解决生产过程中出现的各种问题10%
7. 领导临时交办的其他事项5%

Work Experience 工作经验
1.汽车行业工厂生产管理工作经验5年以上,
熟悉精益生产或6西格玛。
2. Education/Certification 教育背景/证书
本科以上学历,机械、焊接、管理或相关专业
3. Specialised Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识
熟练使用计算机办公软件,具有较强的组织管理能力、协调能力及解决问题的能力,抗极压的能力,并有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神,英语熟练。
Note: The applicants with Automotive industry working experience will be prefered!
