Title:Process Engineer

Report to:Production Manager

Position requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Engineering-Manufacturing related

2. Fluent English (both in oral & spoken)

3. 5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing facility automotive preferred

4. Knowledge and utilization of statistical tools (e.g. Six Sigma, SPC)

5. Fuel System Performance Requirements

6. Equipment Controllers (i.e. Siemens Controllers)

7. Auxiliary equipment (ie Hot Plate Welding, Leak Testers)

8. Statistical Process Control

9. Total Productive Maintenance

10. Use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCad

11. Lean manufacturing techniques

12. Knowledge of developing high performance teams

13. Facilitation skills

14. Customer knowledge/understanding of customer requirements

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the Coordination of daily activities for Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and/or Technical Development within the facility including: design, build, and commissioning of new product lines, modifications and continuous improvement of existing product lines, and manufacturing processes/methods. Also functions as a strategic business partner with responsibility for maintaining all safety and environmental laws and regulations, quality processes and procedures, human resources development, and all other policies, procedures and compliance directives and adhere to all other laws applicable to the facility - in order to support the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). details as below:

1. Training of technical personnel on overall machine functions, processing and troubleshooting.

2. Mentor Technical Specialists and Process Technicians in the fundamentals of company Blowmolding machines

3. Training of technical personnel on overall machine function, processing and troubleshooting.

4. Manage and Support the use of Problem Solving Tools

5. Responsible for the compliance of all applicable environmental and safety regulations and guidelines including interface with government agencies as required.

6. Support the introduction of new products by working interdepartmentally and with other company Organizations

7. Arrange and organize sampling from blowmoulding parts under serial conditions

8. Planning and executing from proactive and reactive improvement activities under consideration of important process key figues (e.g. OEE, rejects, process capability)

9. Counsulting plant and center management regarding the projct planning and planning of new products and productions

10. Testing of new and/or improved technics regarding the blowmoulding process and further development to maturity phase

11. Consideration of guidelines and procudures, especially DIN EN ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 and the actual version of the TS 16949

12. Planning and organisation of the maintenance, development of maintenance plans and control of related activities

13. Responsible / Adjustment of paramenters related to the blowmoulding process

14. Mistake and error proofing blowmoulding machines
