岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、Support to analyze the customer technical requirement/specification, regarding the EPS E/E aspects

支持对客户技术要求及规范的支持，尤其是在EPS 电气方面。

2、Explain and transfer the requirement and information to design team in Europe and BU in Shanghai.

向欧洲设计团队及上海中心解释及转化客户需求。

3、Support the technical communication between design team in Europe/Shanghai and local customer and coordinate to clarify all the open issues regarding the EPS E/E aspects.

协助欧洲及上海设计团队及本地客户之间进行技术沟通，配合其完成所有未解决问题。

4、Manage the EPS software versions at plant in Changchun, and be responsible for the software flashing at EOL of production line, and in vehicle at local customer side; manage EOL software back up and upgrading at plant

在长春工厂管理所有EPS软件版本，负责软件在EOL产品线及当地客户汽车产品上的应用，管理EOL软件的备份以及在工厂的不断更新

5、Be responsible for the system/process trouble shooting, failure analysis and including maintenance management, in terms of E/E aspects, at production line and customer side.coordinate with design team in Europe and Shanghai, and track the status to solve the system quality issues within the shortest time.

负责生产过程中及客户方面涉及电气元件的故障查找，故障分析以及维护管理，配合欧洲及上海的设计团队，在最短时间内跟踪状态解决系统质量问题

6、Support PFMEA creation, in terms of product and process requirement in the E/E field

在电气方面根据产品及过程的要求，支持PFMEA的创建，

7、Regular analysis of process issues on E/E aspects

对涉及电气的方面出现的过程问题进行日常分析

8、Be responsible for testing and commissioning for EOL process at production line and provide the training to operators for EOL equipment

负责测试及调试生产线中EOL系统，并对EOL设备的操作者进行培训。

BASIC TEST RESPONSIBILITY

- Be responsible for the tests instruction and support of ColPAS system at plant PFC (test item needs to define)

负责长春工厂ColPAS系统的测试指南

- Be able to create the test program for the test equipment at quality lab (test item needs to define)

能够为质量实验室中的测试设备创建测试程序

- Establish the test spec and sequence at quality lab

在质量实验室建立测试规格和程序

岗位要求 Qualification requirements

1. 本科或以上程度 University degree or above

2. 良好的英语运用能力Good command in English

3. 熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)

4. 至少三年以上汽车行业工作经验At least three years working experience in human resources

5. 至少1年以上外资企业工作经验At least one years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
