Talent Acquisition Supervisor 招聘主管
岗位职责
- 根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划
- 执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作
- 负责维护和开发各类招聘渠道，满足公司的招聘需要
- 定期进行招聘工作汇报，包括年报、月报等
- 行业信息获取，行业数据分析，提供招聘所需情报和数据支持
- 协助建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制
- 其它上级布置的任务
任职要求
- 全日制统招本科及以上学历
- 5年左右HR领域工作经验，至少3年以上招聘工作经验, 对业务敏感，有医药行业工作经验者优先
- 优秀的语言表达能力及协调能力，善于沟通
- 富有团队意识，团队协作能力强
- 责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力
- 英语可作为工作语言
