MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

设立该职务的基本目的

？ Assisting regional project manager for technology perspective for Customer Data Platform (CDP) project in:

o Help monitor CDP project building progress and verify task status with CDP vendor.

o Provide solution suggestion based on system and business requirement. Review project architecture design.

o Vendor communication and coordinating

o Work with internal teams and vendor to build process on CDP project’s data usage and security check.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

？ Should have worked on customer Data collection, Profile unification, Segmentation and Activation

？ Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

？ Ability to learn about new platforms and technologies unique to client environments

？ Experience with drawing meaningful conclusions from large sets of data

？ Own the technical aspects of customer implementations from start to finish and drive towards maximum value realization with CDP Platform

？ Understand and translate the client’s analytics/marketing/business use cases to design an integration approach suitable to customer needs

？ Strong technical or architecture experience on cloud-based big data platform such as Azure/Alicloud

？ Understand the ins and outs CDP ecosystem to design an optimal integration approach

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

？ Good interpersonal skills and customer oriented

？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to an audience of professionals, technology and staff with a broad range of technical skills

？ Having at last 3 years’ experience of data lake/data warehouse / customer data platform design or building.

？ Having knowledge of various technical related to data platform. Familiar with system design and good at ETL.

？ Experience on various database development and know SQL very well.

？ Experience of associated technologies, such as Python/R/ Scala and Hadoop ecosystem/Spark, Hive, etc.

？ Know well cloud-based service concept and hands on experience is plus.

？ Be a technical innovator with a curious mindset and a thirst for knowledge and be able to demonstrate a drive of continual improvement.

？ Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/IS
