职位描述
Responsibility
- Lead and drive the Science and Technology group in the advancement of current methodology and finding effective solutions, and the development of breakthrough science in area of food fermentation, microbiome and agronomy
- Work closely with R&D, identify scientific solutions for future applications
- Build an ecosystem strategy and drive projects to enhance our
competitiveness through collaboration with external research teams
- Develop talents according to strategic needs
Qualification
- Doctorate degree in Microbiology, Biological Science, BioChemistry or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in fermentation research
- Prefer experience in FMCG
- Experience in managing a research team or a center
Requirement
- Strong in critical and analytical thinking
- Have a good sense of the future and how to persuade with evidence in the organisation
- Good in Project and time management
- Experience working in matrix organization and ability to manage stakeholders
- Good command in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese
